This prestigious residential property development required waterproofing to protect the commercial shopping areas immediately below the garden areas. The complex geometry of the planter boxes and the layout of the recreational areas would result in difficult detailing for a sheet membrane. Procor 75 Spray Applied Waterproofing formed a resilient fully bonded, seamless sheet. It allowed the applicator to consistently get excellent productivity from a small crew. Its solventless cure allowed for same day installation of protection board.
