Completed in 1997, this 85 story, structural steel high-rise building is the world's tenth tallest building. The building features a unique opening in the center of the structure and includes office space, a hotel and retail facilities. Over 170,000 bags of Monokote® MK-6® were used to fireproof the T & C Tower.
