The 88-floor Petronas Tower stands 452 meters tall, just nine meters taller than the Sears Tower in Chicago at 443 meters. But that's tall enough for the Petronas Twin Towers to attain the distinction of being the world's tallest structure. The Kuala Lumpur City Centre is a complex consisting of office buildings, hotels and an industrial center. The distinctive twin towers are connected by a sky-bridge. Monokote® MK-6® and Z-146 were selected as the fireproofing for Tower One and the Podium structures.
