Drainage Composites

Hydroduct® 200
Hydroduct 200 Drainage Composite consists of a nominal 10 mm (0.375 in.) thick drainage core and a high performance geotextile. The geotextile serves to retain soil while allowing water to pass from the soil to the core and is securely bonded to the core to prevent intrusion of the fabric into the core during service. It is designed to collect and transport water and recommended for use on foundation walls, retaining walls, bridge abutments, tunnels, earth sheltered structures, plaza decks, soil retention systems and planters. Not recommended for use over Bituthene® Waterproofing membranes.

Hydroduct® 220
Hydroduct 220 Drainage Composite consists of a 10 mm (0.375 in.) thick drainage core, a high performance geotextile and a high strength backing film. Designed to collect and transport water, it is recommended for use on foundation walls, retaining walls, bridge abutments, tunnels, earth-sheltered structures and planters. It serves as a drainage composite and protection course for all Bituthene® waterproofing membranes used on all vertical applications.

Hydroduct® 225
Hydroduct 225 Drainage Composite is uniquely designed for resistance to heat and hydrocarbon contaminated environments. It consists of a nominal 10.9 mm (0.43 in.) drainage core, a high performance geotextile and a high strength backing film. It is designed to maintain compressive strength and flow rate upon exposure to hydrocarbon contamination in the soil or in the presence of elevated temperatures. The product serves as a combination drainage and protection course for all Bituthene waterproofing membranes.

Hydroduct® 660
Hydroduct 660 Drainage Composite consists of a nominal 10 mm (0.375 in.) thick drainage core and high performance geotextile. The high strength, non woven geotextile is designed to maintain permittivity while protecting the drainage composite from jobsite damage prior to, and during, the installation of the overburden. Hydroduct 660 is designed to collect and transport water. It can be used on all horizontal applications up to a static load of 2440 kg/m2 (500 lbs/ft2) or approximately 1.2 m (4 ft) of soil. It serves as a combination drainage and protection course for all Bituthene® waterproofing membranes.

Hydroduct® Coil 600
Hydroduct Coil 600 Perimeter Drain is a dual profile drainage composite engineered to replace traditional perforated pipe and aggregate perimeter drain tile systems. It consists of a combination low and high profile drainage core, a high performance geotextile and a high strength backing film. The product is used in place of traditional perimeter aggregate drain tile systems to provide an effective transport system to evacuate water from the drainage composite system and surrounding soil. Applied at the base of foundation walls, retaining walls, bridge abutments, tunnels, around earth sheltered structures and under slabs.
