HEA2®
HEA2 is an effective dispersant for use as a grinding aid/pack set inhibitor for portland cement and other hydraulic cements. It improves the efficiency of the grinding process by preventing the newly fractured cement particles from reagglomerating. HEA2 increases mill output at the same cement fineness, reduces grinding costs, increases cement strengths and increases cement flowability. It is effective in both open circuit and closed circuit cement mills.

Hydrophobe®
A series of multipurpose additives interground during the manufacture of prepared masonry cement to entrain air, impart water repellency, control setting time, extend board life and improve workability. It eliminates the need to add separate materials to impart this combination of properties to masonry cements.

TDA®
Aqueous compositions which combine the performance of traditional grinding aids with set acceleration, water reduction and/or strength enhancement to provide optimum performance to meet the specific needs of the producer. TDA additives can increase both the grinding efficiency and the all age compressive strengths of the cement, reduce cost of cement production and increase the rate of hydration. In addition, they increase the workability of cements, mortars and concretes and increase the flowability of cement during handling, storage or packaging, resulting in lower handling costs and reduced waste.

TytroniX®
Developed at Grace laboratories, TytroniX utilizes a new chemistry that results in a dramatic improvement in the performance of low air mortar cements. Interground during the cement manufacturing process, the use of TytroniX allows cement manufacturers to achieve the high flexural bond strength and low air levels consistent with the requirements of ASTM C 1329-96 Standard Specification for Mortar Cement. At the same time it imparts excellent workability to mortar cements and provides superior boardlife and water retention to the mortar.
