Below-grade Waterproofing
Bituthene® 3000 and Bituthene® Low Temperature (Below Grade)
A composite membrane with a thickness of 1.5mm (0.060 in). It consists of 1.4mm (0.056 in.) of rubberized asphalt and 0.1 mm (0.004 in.) of cross laminated, high density polyethylene film. They combine to provide a tough waterproofing barrier. Bituthene 3000 is self-adhesive and cold applied. Ideal for waterproofing concrete, masonry and wood surfaces where in-service temperatures will not exceed 54° C (130° F). Use with Bituthene Primers.

Preprufe® Low Temperature Waterproofing Membranes (300LT and 160LT)
Preprufe® Low Temperature (LT) Membranes (300LT and 160LT) are unique composite sheets comprising a thick HDPE film, an aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive formulated for application temperatures down to 25°F (-4°C), and a weather resistant protective coating.
Unlike conventional non-adhering membranes, which are vulnerable to water ingress tracking between the unbonded membrane and structure, the unique Preprufe bond to concrete prevents ingress or migration of water around the structure. The Preprufe LT System is designed for application temperatures between 25°F (-4°C) and 60°F (+16°C).

Preprufe® SCS Waterproofing System For Shotcrete
Preprufe SCS is an innovative blindside system specifically designed to provide a high performance waterproofing solution for shotcrete foundation walls. Designers no longer have to modify conventional waterproofing systems designed for cast-in-place foundation wall construction to make them suitable for shotcrete wall applications.
The Preprufe SCS System consists of a durable composite sheet membrane applied against the soil retention system and a specially formulated hydrophilic expansive grout that is post-injected into the composite sheet through a series of injection ports. The membrane is designed to withstand the force of shotcrete application and control the thickness of the post-injected grout. Grout ports are installed prior to shotcrete application to enable grout injection, which occurs after shotcrete placement. This post-injected grout fills and seals the system, providing a continuous waterproofing barrier that is fully-bonded with the shotcrete.
The system is designed to permit tie-in of the Preprufe SCS Membrane with other Grace waterproofing products, including the Preprufe 300R Under Slab Waterproofing Membrane and Bituthene® or Procor® Waterproofing Membranes, to provide a continuous waterproofing system for the entire structure

Preprufe® Tieback Cover
The Preprufe® Tieback Cover is a specially designed, two-part cover used to maintain waterproofing integrity at soil retention tieback heads. The Preprufe Tieback Cover consists of a base and cover, and is assembled on site to provide a simple and quick waterproofing detailing aid used with the Preprufe system. A prefabricated, rigid ABS plastic base provides the strength and durability needed to withstand the pressure created by concrete placement, and the prefabricated Preprufe membrane cover ensures continuity of the Advanced Bond Technology for the Preprufe System.

Procor® (below grade)
Procor fluid applied membranes are two part, self-curing, rubber-based materials. The two parts are mixed together onsite prior to use and are cold applied to the substrate. They cure within 24-48 hours and form a monolithic, flexible rubber membrane. Typical applications include foundation walls, tunnels, earth-sheltered structures and planters. Plaza areas, balconies walkways and parking decks are examples of applications in split slab construction.
